Please read these terms carefully before scheduling consultations or trial selections.
1. Clinical Consultations & Diagnostic Accuracy
Hearing assessments and device trials conducted by Hearwell Clinic are performed by certified audiologists. While we utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic instruments, clinical results depend on accurate user cooperation. All treatment advice, custom earmold fitting suggestions, and device tuning plans are based on standard clinical audiology guidelines.
2. Product Listings and Brand Warranties
All hearing devices listed on our store (including Signia, Phonak, Widex, Bernafon, Oticon, and Starkey) are 100% original branded products sourced directly from authorized manufacturers. Every purchase is backed by the respective manufacturer's official warranty. Hearwell Clinic will facilitate all repairs and claims during the warranty duration according to the manufacturer's terms.
3. Trial Booking & Scheduling Policy
Our free home-trial bookings or clinic consultations are subject to scheduling availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or coordinate trials in specific geographical regions according to specialist availability. There is no booking fee, and home assessments are completed entirely at our discretion.
4. Customization and Refitting
Anatomical custom earmolds, ITC shells, and CIC custom plates require physical ear impressions. Once impressions are cast and devices customized, modifications or fit adjustments are provided free of charge for up to 30 days. Because custom shells are crafted exclusively for your ear anatomy, they are non-refundable except under critical clinical mismatch.
